No Mouse or KB on Untangle

If PS/2 port for keyboard or mouse will not work, the first thing to try is to plug in the appropriate device to the USB port by using a USB KB or Mouse.

This should allow you to work properly in the server. However, this is not the fix.

Untangle will RMA the server and get another one out. But before you let it go, and if you can login properly via the USB device, BACKUP the Settings to a USB drive.

This will make it a snap to restore your current settings and you will not have to resetup the server from scratch.
