Warranty Statement
All hardware products delivered by ACT Computer Solutions / CLH International, Inc. (herein referred to as CLH) are warranted for the period of time specified on each invoice. All warranty period is governed by invoice date of the original invoice unless otherwise noted within the body of the original invoice from CLH. If there is no line specifying warranty information on the front of the invoice, then it is assumed each part carries a one (1) year warranty on parts and labor. In the stated period, CLH warranties this product to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service. If CLH does not have the item in stock at the time of service, we reserve the right to keep the defective merchandise from one (1) to thirty (30) days for repair or exchange. Where components are faulty, and it requires replacement under normal warranty conditions, CLH reserves the right to replace such components with like or better equipment. This limited warranty is contingent upon proper use of the product in question and does not cover products which have been modified or which have been subjected to unusual physical or electrical stresses. This warranty does not cover peripherals such as Printers, Scanners, Monitors, Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS), Power Strips, and other like items that are not considered internal to the computer system purchased, unless otherwise stated. Please see Non CLH Manufacturer Warranties below. All hardware used for servicing equipment, if outside 60 days of original invoice date, can be manufacturer reconditioned equipment. Such determination is at the discression of CLH in providing quality components to replace any faulty components within the normal warranty period stated on your invoice. Depending on stock levels of different types of product, CLH does not guarantee replacement of faulty equipment with the exact make and manufacture. Any component replaced, under warranty, takes on the warranty of the system - even if a product is newer and may still have a manufacturer warranty after the CLH warranty has expired. In that case, the warranty of that component will be between the manufacturer and the owner. If purchasing a computer system, CLH warrants the equipment with the original operating system. CLH does not provide any warranty work or support on 3rd party software (anything other then Operating System Software). Warranty of systems could be void based on future upgrades of the operating system if not installed by CLH and cannot honor warranty based on future operating systems and software upgrades. In some cases, there are future operating systems, which require specific hardware requirements. Since all computer hardware is created to work with current technology, future technology is unseen and unpredictable, therefore cannot be guaranteed to work with future technological changes in the operating system or software.
