Service and Support:
If you have any problems with a product you purchased from CLH, we recommend you contact CLH Tech Services Division at (480) 829-1350 or (800) 800-1834 for technical support Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30am and 5:00pm Mountain Standard Time or 8:30am and 5:00pm Pacific Daylight Savings Time. Please do not bring in the product before speaking with a Tech Services Technician. The Technician will advise you how to obtain a credit for your goods.
If you live outside of the greater Phoenix or Tucson areas and have an On-Site warranty contract with CLH, you must call to identify the problem with the Tech Services Department. If On-Site Servicing is required, CLH will dispatch our closest On-Site Servicing Representative as per the On-Site contract.
Return Authorization:
If you will not physically be walking parts in to our offices, then you must obtain an RA# for any equipment to be returned for credit; Items that will be requiring servicing or warranty repair please open a support case. If any product comes to our receiving dock without an RA# clearly posted on the outside of the box, it will be refused and the product will come back to you. Once an RA# is obtained, it will be good for 10 working days.
How to get an RA # from CLH:
Contact CLH to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#). You must provide the original invoice number, shipping date, serial number, description of complete item(s) being returned, and reason for return. Return the product, freight prepaid, with a copy of your original invoice (your proof of purchase). Write the RA# clearly on the outside of the box and on the mailing label. We would appreciate getting complete or a detailed description of the problem. All items for servicing, if being sent through UPS, FedEx, or any of the like mail / packaging delivery services, must be shipped in original boxes and padding inside the boxes. CLH will not be responsible for any equipment damaged in shipping due to improper packing.
Items to be returned must be received by CLH in original packaging. All manuals, cables, and accessories originally shipped with the product must be included with the return of the product.
If returning merchandise for credit, a minimum $10.00 charge per item will be assessed for any missing parts or accessories not returned with the product. Be sure to clearly mark the RMA Number on the outside of the box and enclose the proof of purchase, otherwise, your return will be refused. Freight collect or C.O.D. returns will also be refused.
