5 - Restocking Fees and Warranty Procedure |

Restocking Charge:CLH accepts returned merchandise within the first 14 days after the date of purchase. If merchandise is returned within 15 to 30 days from the date of purchase, a fifteen Percent (15%) restocking fee will be charged. Any Special Ordered merchandise will be assessed a fifteen Percent (15%) restocking fee within the first 30 days from the date of purchase. There will ABSOLUTELY BE NO REFUNDS after 30 days.
Special Product and Warranty Issues:All special orders that are not normally ordered or stocked by CLH will carry only the warranty of the manufacturer. All software carries its own manufacturer warranty ONLY. NO CREDIT will be issued on software. If software is defective, the software can be exchanged for the exact same software. NO CREDIT will be issued on special order items, CPUs, or Memory products. NO EXCHANGES are available on special order items, CPUs, or Memory products. Prepayment or deposit may be required for special order items.
Warranty Service – USNetOutside the greater Phoenix and Tucson areas, CLH contracts with a nationwide onsite service organization. Under the warranty of each computer system, which shows USNet as the service provider, the items, which are physically in the CPU Case, are covered. Under circumstances of defective equipment, the CLH RMA department will send the replacement equipment to the location of the computer system. After the equipment arrives at the site please call CLH to confirm the arrival of the parts, CLH will then dispatch a technician through USNet. A representative to schedule time for that technician to work on your computer system will contact you. They will take the damaged product and send the equipment back to CLH under the RMA number given. Peripherals outside of the CPU case, such as monitor, keyboard, mouse, printer, and scanner will not require a technician to be dispatched through USNet. Such items will be shipped directly to where the system is located and, if needed, instructions on how to unplug the defective part and plug in the replacement can be handled over the phone from the CLH Technical Services Department by using our toll free 800 number.
